Akbar Siddique has been practicing law for over a period of 15 years and has been designated with the eminent position of an AOR at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India after clearing one of the most prestigious legal examinations in the country, i.e., the AOR exam. Consequently, he acquires extensive experience of handling various kinds of litigation that is specific to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Furthermore, he was also associated with the New Delhi State Legal Services, wherein he dealt specifically with criminal cases in the trial courts for a considerable period of time.
He holds expertise in matters related to a diverse category of legal issues ranging from White Collar Criminal Proceedings to Penal Offences, Family Law Matters, Commercial Disputes and Corporate Litigation.
He also specialises in providing legal advice and consultancy to start-ups based at different levels. Apart from exclusively practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, he also has extensive experience of representing clients before various High Courts, Tribunals and Trial Courts.
