Rajbir Singh Balis is a civil and commercial lawyer who graduated with an LL.B. degree from the University of Delhi, Faculty of Law.
He regularly attends matters at Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Saket Court, Tis Hazari Court, Patiala House Court, Dwarka Court, Rohini Court, and Karkardooma Court. He also travels outside Delhi to attend legal matters.
His practice covers diverse aspects of commercial and civil litigation. He has also handled varied matters in courts and tribunals relating to commercial and general civil litigation involving contractual aspects of civil laws.
Apart from the standard civil and commercial litigation, he has an extensive litigation practice in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, Dishonour of Cheques, Company Law, Corporate Agreements and Deeds, Recovery Suits, Writ Matters, Partnership Deeds, Business Defaults and Frauds and White-Collar Crimes.
He holds membership of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and Delhi Bar Association.
